Chelsea Gobourne, MBA, RAA
Driven by a passion to close the gap in college recruiting, Chelsea—an accomplished former D1 Track & Field athlete and seasoned athletic administrator—founded ELEV8 U Student-Athlete Consulting (SAC) to give student-athletes and their families a clear, empowered path to college and beyond.
A Sarasota native and graduate of Riverview High’s International Baccalaureate Program, Chelsea competed at FIU and UCF, later earning her MBA in Sports Business Management and national certification as a Registered Athletic Administrator. With over a decade of leadership in education-based athletics and coaching from AAU to collegiate level, she witnessed firsthand how many talented athletes were overlooked—not from lack of ability, but lack of access.
Through ELEV8 U SAC, she equips families with the tools, strategy, and support needed to increase exposure and streamline recruiting. Through ELEV8 U Inc., she expands that mission—offering mentorship that shapes well-rounded student-athletes ready for success in sport, in school, and in life.
